STORE DISTRIBUTION:

  • E-mail Ordering

  • The Store Management Model – Each store/location is given a unique username and password to access our secure ordering application. Stores can order, view current orders, see order history and track shipments to their location.

  • The Administrative Model – Administrators can manage inventory and accept orders directly from their stores. Stores cannot access order screens, which allows administrators to control inventory more closely.
    Like the store model, administrators can order, view current and historical orders and track shipments to any location. They also receive detailed reporting of inventory, activity, shipment history and more.

  • Just-In-Time Model – This model requires a data feed to download sales history to Optimum. Optimum utilizes this information to accurately determine inventory levels by store and card version. Once a certain inventory threshold is reached an order is sent to replenish levels at that location. This require little to no time by the store or main office, and comes with a full report suite to provide full disclosure on activity, inventory and shipment tracking.
